The St. Vincent de Paul Deconstruction Depot houses more than 5,000 square feet of reclaimed building materials including solid wood doors, window frames, staircases, lumber, fireplace mantels, fixtures, fences and more. The St. Vincent de Paul Deconstruction Depot features a diverse inventory of vintage building materials for architects, contractors and homeowners alike at bargain prices. The inventory is from older, vacant homes being deconstructed in the City of Dayton by Dayton Works Plus LLC. Proceeds from the sales at the Deconstruction Depot will fund the deconstruction of additional homes in the community. We also accept donations of items to supplement our inventory.
