The Transitional Housing program provides an integrated educational and residential support program for eligible homeless women and families with children who are drug and alcohol-free and committed to becoming self-sufficient and attaining permanent housing. - Safe, affordable, monitored, transitional housing for up to two-years for 22 families and four single women in homes and apartments located throughout the community
- Long-term case management services to coach and hold them accountable towards reaching their goals
- An action plan which includes personal finances, home management, education, employment, permanent housing and personal development
- Assistance in locating safe, affordable permanent housing and with transportation
- Referrals to other appropriate support agencies to provide health care, mental health services, education facilities, legal services, child care and job placement
